Our collaborative digital design and manufacturing process makes customisation – or even creating
bespoke pieces – easy and efficient.
We take the time to listen and understand your needs... then we bring our unique experience and expertise to designing your sofa.
Digital Files to Help Visualise
We can produce 2D and 3D CAD drawings and provide augmented reality files (ARs) to assist with your planning and visualisation.
Easily drop drawings into your floor plans to check fit. Use our AR file to see the sofa in your space - or take home a paper cut-out template and check sizes in your room.
This helps you ensure we have the design just right.
We then use the agreed final drawings as the basis to manufacture, making the process extremely efficient and accurate.
Extraordinary Build Quality and Precision of Form
Our novel manufacturing processes and materials have distinct design advantages.
Our frames are precision laser cut from Australian steel and offer extraordinary accuracy and strength. (So much so we offer a lifetime warranty on them!) Much of our specialty ultra-comfort foam is CNC cut for accuracy of form. This means we can achieve complex shapes – including compound curves - and close fitment to architectural features.
And like all E9 Design sofas, our custom and bespoke sofas also feature removable and replaceable covers, replaceable components, and are sustainably made from 97% recyclable or recycled materials.
